@Mike and company. I have a more pressing issue. It seems after updating Woocommerce, there is a conflict with Enfold theme (child) and it. Users are getting “Sorry, your session expired” messages at the point of checkout where one enters city/state/zip. Switching theme to Storefront fixes it. This is on our full ecomm store. Thanks.
It appears the conflict is between Enfold, Woocommerce and the Retainful plug-in. Once I found it and deactivated Retainful, the issue went away. Not sure if this is helpful to anyone or you’d like to test the three in case the issue lies within Enfold theme itself, but if you do and discover something, please let me know and when a patch might be. I suspect the issue is almost entirely with the Retainful plugin, but FYI. Thanks.

Thank you for the inquiry.
Have you enabled the privacy cookie options in the theme? It’s possible that the plugin relies on cookies in the local storage, which the privacy options automatically remove on load when users haven’t accepted the cookies yet.

Does it work correctly when you temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. It is possible that the file compression conflicts with the plugin’s scripts, causing the error. If the issue persists, please try to contact the plugin developers for additional assistance.
