Sopport for me theme and domain in wordpress

Josue, I bought a Kriesi theme a year ago named Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme, my purchase email is (Email address hidden if logged out) .

Wordpress seems very expensive, and I have more than 1 year with the offline page, I would like to know if the theme only works with wordpress.com or can I use it through another hosting or another alternative? I appreciate your recommendation.
