Hello, i using the Enfold Google Services > Google Analytics field, and input my Google Analytics tracking ID there.
But it seems google analytics still is disabled? And our google account manager tell us that the tracking code is double installed(Same web property ID is tracked twice.)?
May I know where is the Issue? Do i need to make other setting to make the google analytics tracking working properly?

Thanks for that. You haven’t added the whole script from Google Analytics, please try adding the whole script and it should work after that.

Thank you, but the side shows”Either enter your Google tracking id (UA-XXXXX-X) or your full Google Analytics tracking Code here.”
Anywhere I have added full script now and at beginning. But Google account manager tells us that google analytics still is disabled by the theme? And they also tell us that the tracking code is double installed(Same web property ID is tracked twice.)? See the source code at the private content area.
June 26, 2020 at 1:19 pm #1225799Hi,
Did you enable cookie bar in the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Cookie Handling tab? If so, please try to set the next settings Default Cookie Behaviour to the first or second option to automatically enable external services including the analytics tracker on page load.
The login token has expired so we couldn’t access the site anymore. Please provide another token or post a login account in the private field.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
