Hello — changing some basic Enfold settings that should not have effected my site’s width has left it locked at a fixed maximum width narrower than it should be.
The site uses the Stretched Layout. Changing the Maximum Container width under General Settings has no effect.
Can you please help identify the issue? (It feels like a possible bug. I see other reports.) The text size of my main menu items was also reduced at the same time, overriding the Theme Options.
Thanks.

Thanks.

March 12, 2017 at 6:58 pm #759663Hi, it’s VERY urgent to me to resolve this issue and work on my site. My original request for help was 4.5 days ago and I provided the requested login information nearly three days ago.
Thank you.
March 14, 2017 at 1:15 pm #760689Hi,
Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Link you’ve provided seems to work fine for me, I can’t see anything wrong. Can you highlight what you mean with screenshots please? use imgur.com or dropbox.
However, it sounds to me as a cache issue. I noticed that you have used a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then deactivate it again and try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.
Also remove any custom code you’ve implemented to check if one is causing this issue.
Best regards,
AndyMarch 15, 2017 at 10:19 pm #761655I own multiple Enfold licenses, and am generally happy with both the theme and the support. This answer is frustrating in multiple ways and does not meet that standard.
I have Enfold set to a Maximum Container Width of 1310px. Contrary to those settings, the site is displaying at a maximum of about 960px in width. As in the similar support thread links I provided, changing the container width settings has no effect. I need a fix for this urgently.
Despite my question being marked as urgent, it was not answered for three days. What other option do I have than “bumping” it?
I am not (and never was) running a caching plugin on this site. The total additional code in the site at the moment is four lines of CSS unrelated to any width settings.
I would greatly appreciate the answer I need. It is not a happy support experience to wait a multiple of the time expected, to get an answer indicating no care has been taken with my issue. Thank you.

March 16, 2017 at 3:08 pm #761960Hey!
There was closing bracket instead of closing curly bracket in the end of your custom CSS code in Quick CSS field. I fixed it. Please review your website now
