    Hi there,

    I’m having two main problems with Enfold at the moment (everything is amazing by the way – thank you!)

    1) Sometimes when I update a page (eg About Us), then all the content disappears from my Visual Editor. And it all disappears from the web page when I view it as well. Despite refreshing and viewing on different device, it’s just gone. I then have to restore to an older version, which takes a few tries before it gives me a non-blank result again.

    2) Some of the content on my About Us page mysteriously does not appear on the website. Specifically – in the Team Member element – the “Job Title” only displays the first word, and doesn’t display the full job title. And for the Team Member Description, again only the first word is displayed. What’s happening here? Would really like to be able to display this text – it used to work fine in the past, then one day I woke up and it had stopped displaying! I’ve tried re-saving etc, too.

    By the way, I should mention we are running an older version of Enfold.

    We will be updating asap – have just had troubles updating recently and want to do it in a controlled way – but would love to get these issues working (ie get the text displaying!) in the current version if possible. Not sure if this is even relevant.

    Hi!

    Yes you are running an old version, I think an update would do the trick. Could you try that out please? Make sure to backup before you update.
