Some products do not display on woocommerce (error 504) - Support

Hello,

I have a problem with my Enfold theme.

Some products on woocommerce are no longer displayed.

After a long loading time an error 500 appears on some products only.

After long research, by disabling the theme Enfold, the products are displayed on another theme.

PHP version : 7.0

What is the problem ?

The product page opens but does not appear and the page continues to load

I disabled all plugins but it did not work. When I activate another theme, it works.

Hi,

I removed all the debug log from the comments.
Please check your web site memory limit, the issue seems to be there.

Hi,

I already increased the memory to 256MB, it did not solve the problem.

I changed the version of PHP,

I changed the header.php

but all that did not work.

Thank you for finding a solution as soon as possible, customers can not order products.
