Hi,
I have tried to upload Open Sans to one of my websites so we dont have to use the google fonts api anymore.
But on this site it seems not to work:Thing is i did the same on some other sites and it worked just fine.
Unfortunately i cant give you any access to this site, but maybe you have an idea where i could start looking.

Also when i use the layer slider there are still calls to the google fonts api. Same can happen with other plugins. Any ideas how to prevent this from happening?Kind regards

VinayJune 3, 2018 at 7:58 am #966077Hi Vinay, i read through this and did not find a Solution :( It seems to work jsut fine on other websites uploading the fonts, but not on this one. Also there is not mentioned what we should do for the Layerslider Problem.
Edit: So normally when i upload and save a font, the site reloads and displays the font. But on this page the page does not reload and i cant get any font to be displayed. Any ideas for this?
Kind regards

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
Nikko -
