Hello ,
I have a client that have Enfold template over 2 years. Now i update the old theme by tha last 3.6 today. All plugins and the WP version.
All seems that works slighty fine, but i have these problems and some are big:1.- If i activate the pluging SEO by yoast when i try to enter in “appearence > Menus” gives me an erro 500. I needed deactivate the pluging via ftprenaming the folder of the pluging for enter at admin pabel again. (I’ve tested deleting the pluging and the folder and install again, but the problem it’s the same)
2,. I have 2 items in main menu with a submenu but i can`t see it. The menu appears if i look with the inspector of chrome but it seems that have a opacity “o” ?¿?¿. Even the Mega menu doesn’t works. (The items are “servicios” , “Más”
3.- I need to install a e-commerce for this client. I’ve installed the Woocommerce platform , but for example when i choose a product for test i cant view or add “related products” abowe.
And finally for the moment:
4.- I Would like to modify the homepage like the shop demo of you have but i try to import the demo and gives me an error “please refresh the page and try again”

It -should- be fixed soon afaik. Hopefully sooner than later, as my client is waiting to introduce web payments on the store.
I cannot continue now with the rollout.hope it helps,

We are very sorry for the confusion.
1.) We tried to access the site but we can’t get into the login page. What is the actual login url?
2.) Those menu items are blank or they don’t link to any page. Are they custom links?
3.) Did you apply the same category to the products? The related products section will automatically display if there are products on the same category.
4.) Could you please provide a link to the demo page? We’ll give you the actual shortcodes of that page. Set the builder to debug mode first. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

1.- I give you above in provate content the credentials.
2.- The links exist, but i cant see them. The first leven item in the case of “Servicios” is a custon link, but the links in the second level are link pages, but it seems that have a opacity =0 , o r perhaps the z-index ?
3.- Works , sorry.
4.- I don’t kwow what i need to do exactly. Can you review it?The next time i’ll put a thread for each inquiry. Thanks. I need to start with this web 100% online these days. Thanks for the help

I can’t deactivate all the countries as the same time. But I added all this countries at white lis for access /wp-login and /administrator . I think now you can access:
Spanish speaking countries (It’s my default)
Austria
Germany
UK
Ireland
india
Jamaica
Lithuania
Philippines

please use different tickets for different issues/questions:
1.) I activated Yoast plugin and could access Appearance->Menu without any errors. Could you fix it already? if not please provide screenshots of the issue.
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
