Some Enfold Demo Content not downloaded

Hi,
I’ve started building a new site and downloaded the Enfold Demo content before building other pages.
I’ve just realised that some of the demo content (eg – Easy Slider Page) was not downloaded.
I was going to re-run the download but I get a message warning that “Importing the dummy data will overwrite the Theme Option Settings.
How much will be overwritten?
Can I re-run the demo install or is there a better way for me to get the demo content without having to re-do the work that I’ve already done?
