Hi

I’m using the Enfold theme for the second time, but although I have exactly the same set up I can’t see the socket under the footer. I’ve changed colors and boarders, but t just doesn’t appear on the site.

Hi Raphep!

Please go to Enfold theme options > Footer and make sure that you have chosen to display both footer and socket

Thanks that worked. But I can’t seem to edit the line that says Copyright – Atteris – Enfold Theme by Kriesi

The problem with the disappearing socket has returned. I tried de-activating all plug-ins but still didn’t work.
It only happens on the home page??

Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
