I think I found a bug in your theme settings. If not, please explain what I am doing wrong.
I have added URL’s to my social media platforms in the Social Profiles area of the settings. The intro to these setting says…
You can enter links to your social profiles here.
However the field labels say
Social Icon URL:
Which implies the field is for special icon images.
And sure enough. If I just choose a social profile but put nothing in the second field, the icons for the social platforms shows up and looks lovely, but all the links are just to my website homepage.
On the other hand, if I enter the URL of my Facebook or LinkedIn page (etc.) The icon will disappear, but if you happen to roll over that area you can go to our social media sites. That is how it is now. Visit the link in the Private Content box to see for yourself.
Am I missing something? Is there a different place where I should be entering the URL’s to my social media pages?

Did you select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have closer look.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 28, 2020 at 9:32 pm #1179190I just went in and activated that switch in performance and saved the changes then I reloaded the page. I see no difference. Do you?
January 30, 2020 at 5:51 am #1179686Hi,
Thanks for the update, no I don’t see any difference either. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,

February 1, 2020 at 1:21 am #1180437Hi again. I sent it to you yesterday. Did you see?
February 1, 2020 at 8:52 am #1180468Hi,
Thanks for the update, we got the login details yes. I really don’t understand why your icons are not displaying, it should work in the version you are running. The only thing I can think of would be to update WordPress itself, could you try that out please?
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 1, 2020 at 5:21 pm #1180520Okay. I will do that today and report back here.
February 2, 2020 at 8:10 am #1180637Hi,
Thanks for the update, we’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardFebruary 2, 2020 at 5:35 pm #1180686My version was not very outdated – I do keep up – but I guess it was enough. Updating to 5.3.2 resolved the issue. Thanks!
