Hey,
I have some trouble with social media icons that I added to one of the footer widgets.
Using short codes like this:[av_font_icon icon='uf16d' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='' linktarget='_blank' size='30px' position='left' animation='none' color='blue' av_uid='av-1bmzy' id='social-icon' custom_class='' admin_preview_bg=''][/av_font_icon]
Unfortunately, they are not visible anymore.
Looking forward to your support.
Best,
Matthias- This topic was modified 5 years ago by MatthiasCordes94.

VictoriaDecember 23, 2019 at 1:42 pm #1168728Hi Victoria,
I can not unpack the zip “(Error 1 – Operation not permitted”)
Is there another version you could send me?

Some archive utilities do not ask for a password and so they do not work, please try another utility.

VictoriaJanuary 6, 2020 at 3:44 pm #1170735Hi Victoria,
I am not happy with the solution of using the beta version of Enfold. I installed the version you sent me, but this generated some other problems. All my custom css has been deleted and I couldn’t use the WordPress customiser anymore (see screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bdftyAZX7eqcoeFOH2exvKUNRjR3TznO/view?usp=sharing ).
Also, it did not solve the problem of displaying the icons.
Is there maybe another way to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for your patience.

MatthiasJanuary 7, 2020 at 8:32 am #1170953Hi,
Thank you for the update.
There was a minor issue with the latest release of WordPress, which caused the icons in the theme to break. We have included the fix in the upcoming version of the theme. If you don’t want to use the beta version of the theme, please check the following thread for possible solutions.
Best regards,
