Social icons not show in header

Hi
I do not have menu, as i use only one one page. Because there is only empty menu, social icons show only short time in header, when refreshing page and they disappear before page is refressed. If i place them in in top bar, they show without problems, but i do not want to use top bar. I want to place social icons right side of header, without any other elements, as phone number or search icon.
