    Hello,

    Got a strange problem, that began on a new site I was building yesterday. The social icons were missing, but there was a space for it.
    I was able to remedy the problem by removing the https://www and adding the rest of the URL.

    Another client emailed me overnight to say that theirs have also disappeared. I was able to bring them all back by removing the same part of the web address with the exception of twitter, and I just can’t get it back.

    Nothing has changed on the website, we’ve just upgraded. I’ve tried deactivating plug ins with no success.

    EDIT: This is happening on another site. Both using 4.6.3.1

    This is a known issue using Enfold after updating to WordPress 5.3.1.

    Luckily, the Kriesi Media development team at Enfold have addressed the issue. The solution to the problem will be included within the next Enfold theme release which is expected sometime after the holidays. In the meantime, they have provided us with a way to patch the issue and restore the social media icon font functionality.

    The solution involves simply replacing an existing file, specifically “function-set-avia-frontend.php” located within your “wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/” directory.
