    Hi

    I have search the knowledgebase but could not find resolution for my display issue. The following icons are not displaying: social icons & scroll to top.

    I have three plugins installed which I deactivated but the problem still remains. I have since reactivated these.

    My website is under development and access to view is required. I have included access credentials in the private area. Please note that sometimes, for some odd reason, it can take three tries before connecting.

    I’m having the same issue since updating the theme recently.
    I also tried the http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/ mentioned to no avail.

    Hi,

    @acr24 it must be an issue with the CORS please backup your htaccess file and try add it in a new file that should work for you. If you still have any issues please create a new ticket and provide us the FTP and WP login access to further trouble shoot.


    @tremblayly     Have you tried the steps suggested here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/ if you still have an issue please share the URL for your site.

    @Vinay I’ve already tried backing up and deleting everything in the htaccess apart from the cors, and also a longer version of the cors shown with no results. I have attached FTP login and pass for the website.

    Hi!


    @dacr24     please create a different ticket, so we can be able to follow up.
    We can not handle two people in the same ticket, the ticket gets lot and messed up.

    Before you do, please check here

    Enable CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing)

    as it is the solution of the issue, apply the fix and let us know after with a new ticket, if the issue is still there.
