    Hello Support-Team,

    I have two questions about the menu in the smartphone view:
    A) Where do I set the menu items from the main_menu and sub_menu to be listed more narrowly vertically?
    B) Where do I set the main_menu to start further up?

    Regards

    Hey Anke,

    Where can we see the element in question? Also please provide screenshots highlighting the changes you would like to make, or try to explain a bit further.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    the first screenshot (Menu_ist.png) shows the actual state in the smartphone view: The 1st menu item starts too far down and the menu items are much too far apart in vertical view.

    The second screenshot (Menu_soll.png) shows the state I want it to be: The menu starts further up and the menu items are closer together.

    actual state in the smartphone view

    I want it to be

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though the results on your actual site is like you want it already. I’m guessing you managed to find a solution?

    Hi again,

    I think I misunderstood you, please try this in Quick CSS:

    #av-burger-menu-ul .sub-menu li a {
        padding: 5px 50px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
    no, I haven’t found a solution yet.
    The second screenshot should visualize my wish (links closer together).
    Maybe you could address them via “line-height”?

    Thanks for the code in your last post.
    Unfortunately there was no change to the element.

    What can I do?

    Regards
    Anke

    Hi Anke,

    Sorry for the late reply. The code should be working, please try to deactivate file compression and select to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance to see if that makes any difference.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks, I’ve tried it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work.
    Do you have another suggestion?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
