    hello,
my new page is online since more than a week, and since then i have visitors/customers complaining about the usage on smartphones. That actually confirms what my google webmastertool reports:

Mobile Usability > Viewport not configured
A viewport scales the page to the correct size for mobile browsers. Learn more.
    Status: 1/3/15
    288 Pages with errors

Unfortunately i don’t have a smartphone to check it myself, but i have at least an iPad. Just a look on the landing page:
    – 1st slide pictures are not responsive
    – image layer: pic showed smaller
    – video does not show (just a gray empty box)
    – no parallax effect

    please help me out here.
    thx
    can

super, You can test your site here: http://responsivedesignchecker.com I can say though that there is a great possibility that parallax effects won’t work on mobile browsers. Especially iOS Safari if the motion is set to reduce motion to reduce battery use.

    Hey!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

What is the website url? We need to inspect it. The theme should be responsive by default but if you install any plugin that append or add any new containers that is not fully responsive, it might cause some issues. Please try to deactivate all plugins then test it again.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    Hey!

please refer to this answer: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/full-screen-slider-responsive/#post-204882
As Devin says in this post the fullscreen slider is made like this. It could crop your images to be able to show them fullscreen.

Have also a look into this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/reduce-height-of-fullscreen-slider-in-responsive-mode/#post-169700

    Cheers!
