    Hi,

    slider Revolution is a part of your AVIA Backend. You can integrate sliders and slides via the plugin extention button. But: Many things sucks in this plugin and I can´t understand – that every theme incl. your theme enfold – integrate and push this plugin.

    I´ve searched for free and good slider plugin alternatives. I tested a lot and smart slider 3 is working very well. For free! Could you integrate this plugin also in the backend like slider revolution?

    Long time ago, the designer and developer wrote a thread and asked you for integration … What happened?
    Smart Slider 3 thread of 2017.

    Hey AWZ,

    The Revolution slider is not integrated with Enfold. The theme comes with the Layer Slider. If the Smart Slider works great with Enfold it can be used as a standalone plugin, no need to integrate it.

    Hi Victoria,

    Not integrated??? Of course is this plugin integrated in the avia backend. If you work in page / posts there is

    • a slider revolution symbol to choose from above.
    • you can work with this element – no indirection with shortcode
    • and edit sliders directly from there

    Slider Revolution Integration in Enfold
    I wish exactly the same integration for Smart Slider 3 and maybe others. Thanks!

    Hi,

    That icon or symbol just represents the shortcode used by the sliders. If you’re using the smart slider, the shortcode can be added inside a text or code block and they’ll work the same. You can’t however edit the sliders directly from the advance layout builder. You will have to edit them in their own slider editor.

    Hi,

    thanks. Understand all. But every avia element in the backend represent a shortcode of the theme. It´s up to you to integrate plugins there. Yes, I know, that there´s no direct possibility to edit slides of slider revolution. But this element allows you to redirect straight to the slide.

    I think you understand what I mean. You integrate the shortcode of slider revolution in avia. Point.
