    Hi there

    I’m trying to change the background color of the small bar above the main menu through the advanced styling option. It doesn’t seem to work. The background stays transparent just like the main menu bar. Can anyone help me fix this?

    Hey hackoffseries!

    First I would recommend disabling all of your plugins, just in case there is a conflict issue.

    If that is not the issue, may we have a screenshot of your current settings, or temporary access to your site so we can take a closer look?

    Be sure to include any credentials in the private content section.

    Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve disabled all plugins but it has not fixed the issue.

    Thank you for the credentials, but you did not include a link to your website.

    I also added your previously posted credentials to the private content sections so only moderators can see it.
