All that could – optimized site but still slowly loaded …. Website address: http://www.cel-remonta.ru
Remove from the top of the page JavaScript code and CSS, blocking display
Number blocking resources CSS on the page: 9. They slow down the display of content.
All content on the top of the page is displayed only after the loading of these further resources. Try to delay loading of these resources, or upload them asynchronously to build their most important components directly in the code HTML.
Optimize CSS the following resources:

The resources that block rendering of the page are there for a reason, they are needed to do just that, render the page. Testing your site with Pingdom gives very good results considering how large it is, 7MB. Its performance grade is 95/100 which I would consider very good. If you want to speed up the front page, I would suggest you remove some content, especially images, that might not be all that necessary. This is not a theme issue.

RikardJune 5, 2015 at 9:06 am #454998And what do I do? What you need to remove from the front page? Remove the slider?
On the computer like normal home page is loaded, but the mobile page load time more than 1 minute ….
What do I need to remove from the main page, so that it opens quickly on a mobile phone?
June 6, 2015 at 7:45 am #455409Hi!
Please test the site here: http://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.cel-remonta.ru/FNg1Mrqg
Below, you can review the recommendations in order to optimize the site:
1.) Specify image dimensions – Go to the Media Library then set the ALT and TITLE of the images.
2.) Defer parsing of JavaScript – Most of the scripts are required to load ahead of the content to render the page properly so we won’t be able to fix it without breaking the site.
3.) Serve scaled images – browse through the images in the list, you can resize the image dimension or decrease image quality to reduce loading speed.
4.) Minimize redirects – Not sure what could be causing this.. Do you have any redirect settings?
5.) Remove query strings from static resources – – – – – Looks like the bwp minify plugin is causing this.
6.) Leverage browser caching – Minimum expiration period is 1 month. Please refer to this link on how to leverage browser cache for different file types: https://www.feedthebot.com/pagespeed/leverage-browser-caching.htmlThe suggestions above can improve page load marginally but in the end, it ultimately boils down to the performance of your current hosting plan. Make sure that there is no impose limit on the amount of traffic, resource limits, bandwidth your website can use per day and per month. Shared hosts are cheaper but is not really recommended because it is relatively slower compare to dedicated servers.
