    Hi Guys,

    So I have built this website using your theme and you guys have helped me loads with additional css and tweaks to get the look and feel as I wanted it, however we are having a problem when loading the pages. Things are quite slow and there seems to be quite a delay when moving between the pages? I have been through and optimised the images and reduced the sizes but it still has this issue.

    It was mentioned before that we are running quite a few customisations and I’m wondering if perhaps that could be the cause of the issue, if so I’m wondering if your amazing team could help as it isn’t really acceptable the way it currently is.

    Hey Emma,

    Please refer to the link in private where you can see a full rundown of what is being loaded and for how long. It looks like most of the load time is being spent on waiting for the server to respond, which is indicated in yellow in the waterfall chart. You can bring that up with your hosting provider to see if they could do anything about it.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for that report. I wasn’t aware this sort of tool existed so that’s really handy to know. I shall now go back to the host and see what they have to say.
