Slightly transparent header with slider viewable underneath

Hello,

I would like to have the nav menu be Slightly transparent with slider viewable underneath both regular and sticky. I would also like the slider to start at the very top of the page so there is no padding (no white space behind the nav menu/ slider picture instead). Does that make sense?
