October 4, 2013 at 9:13 pm #170605Urgent : I use this plugin http://www.slidetabs.com/ and everything’s worked fine until my last upgrade from 1.8 to 2.3 What do I need to do to eliminate the offending JavaScript and fix the issue? I contacted their support team, and this is what they said : Hi Michael. I’m getting the following javascript error in my browser console when I try to add a new tab: TypeError: settings.data is
 . . . /wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/js/conditional_load/avia_google_maps_widget.js?ver=1.0.0
Line 27It seems to be an issue with the theme/framework you’re using. It’s causing a conflict with the Ajax function that adds a new tab editor. As there’s not really much I can do to fix this, I suggest you contact support for your theme/framework and explain the issue. Best regards,
KristianOctober 5, 2013 at 1:55 am #170646BTW, I’m willing to pay for help with this one. If anyone’s available to do so this weekend. As it’s a very integral feature to the whole site. -

October 5, 2013 at 6:08 pm #170827Hi Michael1, I’ve had a conflict between that js file and another plugin called Sabai Directory (sold on themeforest) – whereby none of the plugin’s settings buttons were working (they use jquery too). I renamed the file “avia_google_maps_widget.js” to “avia_google_maps_widget1.js” – literally to disable it as a test and my plugin is now working. I don’t need the avia google map widget for my site, so it’s not a huge issue – but in saying that I hope it gets resolved. I’ve reported the issue to the dev of Sabai Directory and also I hope Kriesi can look into from his end. Anyway – I hope this ‘quick fix’ helps you out of your ‘hole’ this weekend. Regards – Jeeves. October 5, 2013 at 7:47 pm #170843jeeves!!! Now I know why everyone is always telling people to “Ask Jeeves” :) Thank you!!!! This worked a treat as a good workaround. I hope Kriesi can fix this issue, or offer a “toggle” in the Enfold options for this .js include next version. But until then, this is a great workaround. Good to keep this in mind for any similar future issues that might pop up too. I’ll throw you a fiver for beer if you have a PayPal account. Thanx again. Thank you!
