Hi,
I have two problems with my slideshow (fullscreen) on https://portal.kijuaa.de
1. it does not take the default font (Oswald) and also not the assigned (Oswald).
2. the slider is quite small on small screens, although I set it the same way as on https://erkant.dePlease help me!

Thank you for the inquiry.
1.) Did you upload the Oswald font in the font manager? For some reason, the font of the headings is set to “static”.
2.) The image in the erkant site has a different aspect ratio compare to the kijuaa site. The slider image is almost square or has an aspect ratio of 1:1, while in the kijuaa site, it is more of a landscape image, which is why it is shorter.

1) Unfortunately the font “Oswald” is called “Static”. For H1 headings and such, it is the same fontname.
2) No, this must have another reason. I tried it with the image of erkant. In the result it is the same. I also set the video to 4:3. And then moreover the minimum size even set to 550 px (on erkant it is 350). Nothing works.
One thing is for sure: it is only so if the video is included. Without, it fits.How can I solve the problem? I like the video :-)

1. You have selected the Open Sans font under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts, so the font which is displayed is correct. If you want to change the font for your headers, then please do so there, or under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
2. Could you post a screenshot of the problem, and how you want to change it please?

yes, I know that I have set a different font. I did that because the problem was not solved yet and 3 different fonts (with logo) are ugly.
As I said, it doesn’t work with the font in the slider. Also not on other website, for example on this client of mine: https://huber-beuss.com/Screenshot: Yes

I have tried various things, but I am really dissatisfied …
When I use a video in the slideshow, the height does not work on smartphones (as already discussed).
Also, the headline gets really small on smartphones – that’s also really dumb and needs to be changed.Alternatively, I have now tried a full screen slider (see here), but it causes other problems. It is not responsive, see screenshot (on smartphones it is even worse).
Good thing is: on the fullscreen slider the headline stays big on smartphones (so it has to be on the slideshow too)Please tell me how these problems can be solved!

1. I tried changing the font in the theme theme settings, and it’s applying on my end. Please see private. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having on your end, could you try explaining it a bit further please?
2. The screenshots you posted are both resulting in 403 errors, so we can’t view them.
