    Thank you for your great theme! I have a question regarding the slideshow (size: entry without sidebar) on the home page of http://www.szurbanprojekt.de/.

    At first I used images with a larger size (3.000px wide) to try, which images I want. Now I changed the size to 1602 x 560 px. This is the size I see, if I inspect the image in the slideshow with Chrome. I uploaded the picture and inserted it in the slideshow. However, it seems slightly blurred. If I disable “stretching” the image, it doesn’t cover the full width.

    I would like to have a sharp photo in full width. What size do I need to upload it, so that I do not have to stretch it and so that it doesn’t appear blurry?

    Isn’t it counterintuitive that uploading the pictures in the size the inspect tool shows, doesn’t lead to the correct result?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Please try uploading your images in 1500x500px.

    You can also try the following:
    1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
    2. Go to Settings > Media
    3. Change the entry_without_sidebar image size (increase its width / height).
    4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

    Have you tried editing your Fullwidth Easy slider and choosing no scaling for image sizes? – https://i.imgur.com/Yls2vmG.png

    Hi Yigit,

    thank you for that hint. Now I selected “Featured Large” and no scaling. There is a bit of blank space on the left and right then. But if I pick scaling it looks ok!

    Using plugin i suggested earlier you can adjust image sizes to fit your needs :)
