    I would like to create a slide-show of the images from my categories. I only want to see the image but without the titel from the specific posting. At the moment I always have the titel in the middle of the image.

    I have choose the “Featered Image Slider”.
    I have tried the “Layer Slider WP” as well. Therefore I have added the placeholder [image] in the content box, but then I see only the first image of the category and the slider is not changing the image to next image of the category. This slider seems has many more options then the Featered Image Slider and hopefully you can tell me how I can customize the Layer Slider WP to see for example always the last 6 images from a category without any titel

    Hi,

    Click the Configure post options button of the Dynamic Content from posts layer then select a category. After that, look for the “Get the [] item in the set of matched selection” option. You can select which post to display from the list of posts below the options panel.

    Hi Ismael,

    I have select a specific category and the 5th item from the option panel. But then only the 5th item is displayed. But I want to see all items within this category. Each image should stay 3 seconds and then the next image from this category should be displayed.

    You need to create more slides or layer because each layer can only display one post.

    Ok, understand. But for me that is not so useful, because after inserting a new post I always have to change the layer.
    If I use the featured layer slider is there a way to hide the titel ? There I have an automatic display of all post from a category, but I only want to see the image without any text.

    Yes, you can remove the title with css. Use this this css code:

    .avia-featureimage-slideshow .slideshow_caption h2 {
    display: none;
}
