    Hello –

    My site is prospectsites.com

    The home page slider at the top is not working. Also, the images of the sites are not showing properly. This also happens on the gallery page.

    On the Athlete recruiting videos tab, no videos are showing and the tabbed box to the right is not functioning

    I just upgraded the PHP to 7.1 i believe with my provider.

    Not sure what to do next.

    Hi! I have a similar problem with wide slider – not playing video file. Worked fine before the 4.3.1 update.

    I found out that there is a problem with video’s auto-start and controls in wide slider.
    I managed to start the video manualy by unchecking “hide controls” box in slider settings. Don’t know how to fix it as it was before – no controls and auto start.

    Hi jswigard,

    Thanks for the FTP details, could you send WordPress login details as well please? You are getting some error messages on the page but it doesn’t look to be theme related, maybe you could try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict?
