Hi, first of all thanks for the great support system and the overall awesome theme.
Sadly i’m having quite some issues when inserting sliders (Layer Slider, Fullscreen Slider…) into my pages through the page builder. This site for example is your demo content page but it doesn’t display the slider at all: http://scan2leadwp.azurewebsites.net/home-v4-small-slider/
Furthermore our Homepage should display a fullscreen slider that was set up by me but it only display blank space. Everything seems to be working fine in the back end and i’m not getting any errors by the plugins. All plugins are installed. Do you have any idea what could cause these issues?thanks a lot!! Alex

You are currently using an older version of the theme which is not compatible with WordPress version you are using. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.1 via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
This should solve the issue, if it does not, feel free and let us know.
P.S.: You can take a look at some of the highlighted new features here – http://kriesi.at/blogRegards,

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?
Cheers!

Can you please re-update Enfold folder via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files? – http://vimeo.com/67209750

YigitAugust 28, 2014 at 12:29 pm #310378Hi Yigit,
i overwrote all files and nothing happened so i switched to another theme, deleted the enfold theme folder and uploaded everything from scratch. But as you can see there is still no change.
best regards
Alex
August 28, 2014 at 3:47 pm #310478Hi Alex!
Can you try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Regards,
YigitAugust 28, 2014 at 4:34 pm #310514all plugins are disabled now nothing changed though. The website is hosted in a windows azure cloud but that shouldn’t be a problem i guess…?

It could be, do you have access to your PHP error log?, also try increasing the PHP memory limit.
Cheers!
JosueSeptember 11, 2014 at 10:10 am #317245Hi Josue,
thanks a lot for your help. As it turns out the issues occurred because we the Azure WordPress Installation was modified and used a MS SQL database instead of the usual MySQL database. This broke the sliders and a small portion of the remaining functionality.
Cheers!
Alex
