I had sliders on a majority of my pages on taylormanningcreative.com and suddenly they all stopped working. Now no matter if I re-upload the images the sliders will not show on the site. The spot for the slider shows but it is blank. Need help!

    Hi Taylor!

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update it to the latest version 3.2.3 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and issue should be fixed.

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hey taylormanning!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. You should be using version 3.2.3 instead of 3.1.3 after doing this.

If your still having trouble after doing the above two steps then send us a link to the exact page where your using the slider and we’ll take a look.

    Cheers!

Updated the theme and still no luck. Here is the page I am having problems with: http://taylormanningcreative.com/work-with-me. I can get the “Advanced slider” to work but not the “full width easy slider”. When I use the easy slider there is a huge gap under the slider before the content on mobile.

    Hey!

Your getting a javascript error which is probably coming from a plugin.

TypeError: $(...).live is not a function

    $( '.fca_eoi_featherlight' ).live( 'click', function( event ) {

Also, jQuery is loading from Google which is not correct. There are lots of plugins out there that do this, are you sure you have deactivated all plugins while testing?

    Elliott

Elliot I figured out it was my optincat plugin but I have had the plugin for a while now and never had the problem? Why would it not be open now? This plugin is very important for my site – should I try reuploading it?

    Hi,

You can try but there’s no guarantee that it will work. We can’t be compatible with all third party plugins either unfortunately, but if you are still having problems we’ll have closer look.

    Regards,
    Rikard
