    After installing the latest update, testimonials on the home page and services page no longer work. Nor does the post slider on the home page. There’s just blank space. How could we get them back?

    Another problem is that the burger menu on mobile stopped working. When you press it, it just takes you to the top of the page you’re on. How can this be fixed?

    Hi Court_2,

    There’s a js error showing in the web console.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you for getting back so quickly. Once you’ve looked at the problem, can you tell us what caused it. Maybe we can avoid this happening in the future.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The problem goes away when disabling file compression under Enfold->Performance, and it’s likely related to your caching plugin. What happens if you disable that?

    Hi and thanks, that worked! We tested different kinds of combinations and when we also turned of the Delete old CSS and JS files, could combine js files with the caching plugin without breaking anything. So, will keep the caching plugin as it also has site speed optimization features and it’s developed by the hosting company. Thanks again for your help!
