    Hallo!

    Ich habe auf einer meiner Website gesehen, dass dort die einfachen Slider nicht die richtigen Bilder zeigen. Im Backend sind alle richtigen Bilder hinterlegt, jedoch wiederholt er diese im Frontend.
    Ich weiß leider nicht, wie das passiert ist. Die Website war einige Wochen unberührt und vorher wurde alles richtig angezeigt.

    Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you upgrade the account to have administrator rights as well please?
    If you could enable debug mode, then we can copy the content of the problem page to a test page as well: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. If you need help with that, then make sure that Appearance->Theme Editor is enabled on your installation, or include FTP login details as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, the FTP login details are working. The WordPress account still doesn’t have administrator rights though, could you upgrade that please?

    Ich hab jetzt nochmal nachgeschaut. Der Benutzer ist definitiv als Admin eingerichtet. Habe ich etwas übersehen?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The account still doesn’t seem to have administrator rights, but it’s ok without it. I created a test page, please see private. If everything works as it should there, then we can copy those shortcodes to your first page.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The reason was likely that the sliders got the same ID after a recent update, when I removed the duplicate ID then it started working as it should. This should not happen again, so you won’t have to worry about it from now on.
