Slider with header

Hello,

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get a slider like this: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-gym/

I have tried using the Advanced Layer Slider but have run into multiple problems and have spent a long time troubleshooting with no success. So, I would like to know if you can provide me with the shortcode for that slider(demo) so I can try and modify it? (mostly just the text and photos, not style)

I am looking to achieve this with my slider:

1. 3 photos that rotate in the bg. (1 photo per slide)
2. A header and subheader (much like gym demo provided) that stay in the same position and location throughout the entire slideshow. Is this possible? i.e dont want the text changing every slideshow.
