    Hi,

    On http://www.ofas.org.uk I have a fullwidth easy slider. The images are 1263×450 and when I check the actual page that’s the size they are showing at that size. However, when I check PageSpeed, it says that the images are being scaled to 1024×365 which is clearly slowing things down.

    I tried changing the scaling option in the slider settings and nothing changes.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    Hey alanboyle5355,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The slider has to resize the image on certain screen sizes (mobile phones for example) to keep it responsive. The PageSpeed Insights is telling you that you can still decrease the size of the image or compress it and you’ll be able to save a few kilobytes which may or may not help that much, depends on the number of images in the page, but it’s not required.
