Slider revolution – Content to roll over the slider

Hi, I have been racking my brains and the general internet to try and find a way to make my content roll over the slider revolution slider.

Basically I want the slider to stay static but the content below it to “slide” over it in the same way that you can do with a colour section with a static background image in Enfold.

I feel like I’m just missing something really simple – is there some quick CSS i can add to the slider to make this happen?

I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do it and if I watch one more unfruitful youtube video I think I’m going to actually lose my mind.
