    Hello,

    I have updated the enfold theme to version 3.8 and wordpress to version 4.6.1 and since then the slider isn’t showing and the product images when clicked take you away from the site to only view the image. I am getting these error messages in webmaster tools – I’m thinking they’re related to the issue?

    Priority URL Response Code Detected

    1 ?post_type=ml-slider&p=40 404 7/14/16

    2 wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/ 404 8/7/16

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Hey perefalcon,

    Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    Hi Andy,

    Thank you for getting back to me! I will start deactivating plugins now and let you know if that affects anything. Please do go ahead and try deactivating plugins for testing.

    Hi,

    You are getting a bunch of 404 errors on several files, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
