    Hi,

    I just saw on my site that the slider was not working. This is totally random because I haven’t done anything since I built the site, so why now out of nowhere does the thing decide not to work? Furthermore, I updated everything and it still is not working. This happened when I first purchased this theme and now again. Any idea as to why this is broken yet again?

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    I checked your website on Chrome, Firefox and IE 10 on Win7 and slider works fine in all. Which browser are you using?

    I switched the slider out to the easy slider instead of the advanced layer slider so something would work until I heard from support. Currently I put the layered slider back so now you can check in all browsers and see that it is not working. Thank you.

    Thank you Yigit, how did you find that? Did you do inspect element and check? I only ask so that I can troubleshoot errors like this on my own before contacting support. Thank you again.
