    I just updated from 4.2 to 4.4 and the layer slider that I have on my home page isn’t loading. Is there something I can do to fix it?

    Hi Emmal,

    Mine’s still working, but when i insert it in a shortcode, it doesnt show, only the container show in html code. Is there anybody experiencing the same issue?

    It’s strange, the slider wasn’t showing, just a blank box. I went to the page edit and updated and now it is working.

    Hello,
    unfortunately I have the same issue: after updating to 4.4 Layer Slider does not work anymore.
    Update on page edit doesn´t solve the problem.
    Could you please help?

    Yes, I can see that the slider is working.

    Hi Ismael,

    after vacationing if´ve checked the credentials and their working!
    However.. I have created new one – see below.

    In the meanwhile I have updated to enfold theme 4.4.1 but the layer-slider does not work.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    We disabled the BWP and Cache Enabler plugin along with the theme’s Performance settings temporarily. The slider works properly after that. Please enable the plugins and options back when you’re ready.
