    Hi,

    I submitted to the forum yesterday, heard back asking for some more information which I provided, then never heard back again.

    My issue is that the preview of the slider is not what appears on the live view.

    My additional issue as of this am is that I have the VIDEO setting set to pause the slideshow while a video is playing which IT DOES NOT.

    I’ve given you access to WordPress and the URL where we are viewing the live version.

    Would someone please get back to me with a resolution asap.

    Hey SteveClark1950,

    are you talking about your LayerSlider? it’s working fine for me. When I click pause then it’s pausing like normal. Could you fix it? if not please clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times. Which browser and OS are you using?
