    Hi,

    We’ve completed a fresh instal on WP 3.8, and imported the demo data from the install package – but we not seeing the slider – error code is “[LayerSliderWP] Invalid shortcode”.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi bwebber2007!

    Are you using LayerSlider as a standalone plugin? If not, LayerSlider shortcodes does not work on Enfold. You should add Advanced LayerSlider element to your page in Avia Layout Builder and choose the slider that you have created in LayerSlider WP settings

    Hey!

    Which version of Enfold are you using? If not the latest, please update the theme ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ )
    If that does not solve the issue, please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit
