slider jumps down on homepage when scrolling down

I cannot reproduce this, but someone has sent me the screenshot to prove it is happening in IE 11.0 and Latest version of Chrome.
On page: http://www.KathiFleck.com
scroll down to where the text starts beyond the slider, and the slider also moves down, and covers text in first paragraph.
Then the slider moves out of way.
and the then covers text again when the slide changes.

Has anyone ever seen this and maybe have an idea how to fix it?
