    Hi,

    I just uploaded the theme and uploaded the demo, but there seems to be an error on the slider. It says “layer Slider encountered a problem. Please make sure you are using the right short code.” Please advise, we just want the demo to be properly installed to start working on the website.

    I just called our hosting provider and they doubled check and made sure the DNS configuration is pointing on the right direction. Please see rest in private content.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, the URL in private works. Could it be that you misspelled the URL?

    I see that you haven’t created any LayerSliders yet, that is likely why it’s not showing up. Could you try creating one and then setting it in the LayerSlider element to see if that works please?

    Hi,

    Usually with other themes when we upload the demo, everything is set up as it did on their demo. That’s why we wanted the demo there to go off from the demo’s design. That’s what we were hoping for in this theme, we wanted this website to be up quickly that’s why we just wanted to go off from your demo, please advise because we want the same slider as what we saw in your theme’s demo.

    Do I import it as a plug-in on the website? Will it change the functionality of the homepage or the website, or just the slider. I just want to make sure that the work I made will bot be affected.

    I tried importing the data and it said installation failed, here’s the error I received:

    Plugin installation failed.

    It is not a plugin, you need to go to the Layer Slider and import it there.
