    Hi,
    I recently purchased Enfold Theme Version Number is 4.5.5. Need to create a couple of simple sliders, but LayerSlider doesn’t work at all.
    Sliders are not visible on the page. Also, changes can’t be saved.

    Please help. Thank you!

    Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if the issue resolves?

    no i did not, should i try? but i would need theses plugins

    can i give you login details to check?
    no galleys and no sliders are working

    Please try and disabling active plugins to check if there is scripting conflict. If there is we can find the exact one.

    Hi,

    Yes that is the process. Enable them one by one and when the break happens you have found your problem plugin.

    That is not possible with the horizontal gallery element by default. You may need to edit the shortcode files and add the title markup manually. Unfortunately, that modification is beyond the scope of support. Please a hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable.
