    Hi,
    unfortunately the slider of a customer site changed after the last automatic wordpress update! The slides (sentences) are changing and suddenly lie one on top of the other etc. … several things changed! We need urgent help and information what to do now. Hope we don’t have to build it new. What could be the reason? Such changings without working at the site should not happen. [We already made the theme update.]

    Hey Nic_007,

    You need to check if your customer is using the latest theme version thats the 4.0.5 and if you arent, just update the theme.

    Hi,

    Please edit the sliders and toggle a few options in the Slider Settings to refresh it. That should fix the issue.

    Hi Ismael,
    how edit the slider and which options? Could you give a concrete explanation?
    In the meanwhile we hab to do everything new bevause it was destroyed after the update! We also saw that the Slider menue looks different – maybe that was the reason of the desaster. :-( Please inform us how we can prevent such problem the next time. Should not happen that after an update we have to make the slider again.

    Hey!

    In the Slider Settings > Layout panel, there are new layout options. Just toggle those options then save to refresh the slider.
