I have two images with a simple fade transition in the slider, and the slider seems to “blink” or “flash” white a fraction of a second before the transition to the next image. I have seen this behavior across Chrome, Firefox and Safari on Mac. Please see here: christopheralexander.info/h3/ Please let me know what to do to get rid of this. Thank you!
Hi,
It is exactly how the fade effect works. When fading out, opacity decrease to 0, exposing the white background then the slider pops in by increasing the opacity to 100%.

Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the explanation. If what you say it true, then I think you guys should rethink the fader – either fix it or remove it from the options. It’s buggy and this blinking effect doesn’t look good. It looks very unprofessional, and I know will be the first flaw a client points out. For now I will switch to a different transition type, but it’s unfortunate that something as simple as a fader transition can’t look good on a theme that is otherwise pretty exceptional.
