    I have built a couple of sites with Enfold and am currently building another. I have noticed that sometimes on an ipad (not just mine) some images and the slider stop displaying. Theu just disappear. When you refresh the page they still do not return. The only way to get them back is to go to the ipad settings and clear all safari cached files etc.

    Does anyone else have this issue and is there a way of fixing it?

    I haven’t heard about this issue before. Can you post a link to your website so we can see what’s going on? Are you using newest WordPress and theme version? Please try to deactivate all plugins to see if it helps.

    Have you checked it on another device? also, which version of iOS are you running?

    I’m running iOS 8.1.3 on an ipad 2. I’ve checked it on another ipad which also has the same iOS and it happens on that as well. It doesn’t happen all of the time only occsionally, most of the time it displays normally. It seems to be when you have it open for a while, or you close your ipad and then open it on that page later in the day.

    Hey!

    Please update the theme to the latest version (3.1). Also try disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed.

    I’m having the exact same issue with my enfold sites on the iPhone and iPad. All of them are on version 3.1

    Hi!

    I tried reproducing on my ipad mini on latest IOS but I couldn’t reproduce. I tried closing the ipad, minimising the window and then opening again several times but the slider still displayed. Do you have any other way to reproduce this as it will take us a long time to verify if it’s a bug or not if we have to leave the device and check hours later?

    Also, is it only happening on Safari?

    Hi Rikard

    Sorry for the delay. I see others are having the same problem even with 3.1 installed. I haven’t had time to run the site on a Test Server yet but I will try over the weekend.

    Hi Josue

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve used a copy on our test server. It was running the latest version on WordPress (4.1.1) and I updated Enfold to the latest version (3.1.2). On the ipad and iphone it still made the slider and images disappear. I then turned off all plug-ins and it then worked on the ipad/iphone. I then turned on the plugins indiviually and refreashed the page on the ipad. In each case it continued to work OK. All plug-ins are now activated again, and it’s still working OK. I will keep monitoring it and see if it happens again after being on the ipad screen for a short period. I’ll let you know what happens

    Hi

    I have had this on test now for a while. After updating to latest version of Enfold (3.1.2) it still had an issue. After deactivting the plug-ins and re-activating them, the problem seems to have gone away. It doesn’t seem to happen anymore
