    Hi,
When we look at our website on a mobile device (Phone) the slider words are cut off, but on the homepage it’s completely fine. How do we make it so that it does not look weird on the phone?

    Hey JanineBNB,

How can we see the problem you are having?

    Best regards,

    Hi,
The problem exits when the website is being viewed on a mobile device. How can I send over screenshots? When looked at a desktop computer the slider seems fine, but when looked at a mobile device the word o the end of the slider is but off. For example the letter “n” on the first slider is cut in half on the word “communication” when viewed on a mobile device.

    Hi JanineBNB,

You can upload screenshots to a service like Dropbox or http://imgur.com and give us the links here.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though I can’t see any text being cut off in your screenshots? Also, please post links to the pages where we can see the actual problems.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
You can’t see any text cut off on my screenshots, hmm that’s weird. Well if you look closer on slide #1 of my screenshot, the word “Communications” is spelled with an “ons” on the end, that’s the proper spelling for it. On the screenshot I sent you “ons” is not there, it gets cut off on “o”. On slide #2, the word “Writing”, again spelled properly, the “g” is cut off. On the slide #3 screenshot I sent you, “help”, again proper spelling, the “p” is cut off. As for the link to the website, here’s the link to the homepage – https://watchglassconsulting.com/

As I have repeated myself over and over again, the problem exists when being viewed on multiple mobile devices (that means phone, iphone, smart phone) not when being viewed on a desktop or laptop.

    Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
