    hi there,

    the slide-show (full width) does not work on mobile. and i guess i read menawhile all posts here to this topic.
    but nothing helped unfortunally.

    i´m using the slide show with a video, and overlay text as well as one button for linking to a internal page.

    would be great, if the support could take a look.
    my credentials below.

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    By default, video sliders or background videos are configured not to display on mobile devices. This behavior is intentional, as mobile devices may have limited bandwidth or compatibility issues with video playback. To provide a better user experience, a fallback image option is available for mobile devices. This means that on mobile devices, the fallback image will be displayed instead of the video.
