Hi
I keep a dummy site to mirror the live site. New updates are applied to the dummy site first. On the latest update, I noticed the width of the dummy site is slightly less than the live (not yet updated) site. This is a problem since one page has a mortgage calculator app in one of three columns and no longer fits. Also the body and heading fonts are different. What do you need from me to help me resolve this. Thanks. – sMay 13, 2015 at 6:01 pm #443908Hi hhudgens!
Navigate to Dashboard > Enfold > General Layout > Dimensions and update the maximum container width value to mirror the live site.
Regards,
ElliottMay 13, 2015 at 8:12 pm #443977I did do that. I used 1030 and 1210 (which were the two options on the live site) and I used 100% and 1310 which were new options on the dummy (updated) site. If you compare, side to side, the “resources” pages for each you will see the problem. Also, I am still concerned about the different fonts which now show up on the dummy (updated) site.
Any help would be appreciated. -s

Your using Enfold 2.6.2 it looks like. You’ll need to update to the latest version 3.1.5 and also update WordPress.

Version 2.6.2 is more than a year old. A lot of fixes, features and improvements has been added to the theme. Regarding the container width, you need to reconfigure the Enfold > General Layout > Dimension options. This specific panel is not available on version 2.6.2. Please update the theme regularly.

Alright. Please go to wp-content > uploads > dynamic_avia folder then rename the enfold_child.css to disable it temporarily. Go back to the Enfold > Theme Options panel then toggle any settings. Save changes to regenerate the css file. Check if the container width change.

You had a missing closing curly bracket after media queries in Quick CSS field, i closed it. Please review your website now.
