    I have gone to settings, general, and typed in a new site url (

    wordpress addr url is
    http://wordpress.kirkofkildaire.org

    I want site url to be without the wordpress. When I type in the site url address without wordpress and hit save changes, it says settings saved, but it has reverted to the old url with wordpress in it.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The new url is working fine: http://kirkofkildaire.org/. Have you tried it on a different browser?

    Maybe I am misunderstanding something about how this works, but when I go to settings, general, site url still has http//wordpress.kirkofkildaire.org and I can’t change that. Also, once I move off the homepage, the url has wordpress in it.

    I’m trying to get the whole site to be http//kirkofkildaire.org/whatever not http//wordpress.kirkofkildaire.org/whatever

    another subject: what’s the best way to backup the theme options? Someone hit reset options accidentally and we had to remember exactly how we had set everything up.

    Please read this, http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL.

    As for backing up the theme options you can do this in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export.
