I have a post a week ago about the site speed after switching to Enfold theme (this is the link for the post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-theme-slows-down-my-site/). Here is my site: http://www.linortek.com. I used GTmetric to test this time, my average page load time is 7.8S. What should I do next?
August 8, 2015 at 5:15 am #484742I am wondering if Enfold is a well coding theme? Very unhappy from my speed testing, it seems most of the problem come from the theme itself.

your site does not seem to be slow for me. However, please deactivate all plugins to double check and see if things get better for you.
Cheers!

Thank you for the reply!
I have no experience in coding. So installed the following plugins and removed the sliders to help the site getting a little faster during the weekend:
1, JCH Optimize, 2, Remove query strings from static resources, 3, Scripts-To-Footer, 4, WP Performance Score BoosterI remembered when I read the Enfold documentation, if I was right, the theme comes with some Google fonts. From my speed testing, there are two kind of fonts don’t have an expiration date, below is a screenshot for the testing. Could you or anyone here can help me write a code to define the expiration date for the following item so that I can paste in my .htaccess file. Thanks in advance for all of your help:

google fonts are not really implemented into the theme but used from the google servers (as you can see on the URLs in your screenshot). So if you experience any issue with google fonts you would need to ask google support about it.
Best regards,
